Keeping it FUN!!!

Okay, mondays are always good.  The beginning of a new week, fresh with possibilities:).  And I know that I am being stalked (love it! - and hope that we can start stalking S soon - they are next on the girl's list:).  So, here's what I propose: every time you check my blog to see if we got a referral, could you take two seconds and leave a comment?  Just for fun.  Because it might keep my mind off the phone ringing:)  and because I love hearing from you all!
So, today - here is the question - What is the most adventurous thing that you have ever done?!!
I'll start - I would have to say that flying over to Yemen during college by myself and living in country for two months is the most adventurous thing I have ever done.  and would love to do again!
Okay, now it is your turn!!!  cannot wait to learn more about you all!
(and do not forget - I can see how many times you all look at my blog, so let's have some FUN!!!!)

So fun:) I'll play! Hmmm...I'll say moving to China when I was 23...going in undercover as a student to start Bible studies on the down low and start underground churches. It was THE most amazing year of my life (well, one of them for sure...and by FAR a year of adventure!)

Hmmm...Good to know I am one of the first to stalk this morning - even though AGCI isn't even open right now to be making phone calls :) I am not as adventurous as you all but how about this adoption... this will and has already topped the list!

Not nearly so adventurous as Yemen... but
England & France by myself once, and would love to do that again; and the Baltics, with a friend.

Being the first female in my family to go to college, graduating with a BS in nursing, getting married, having children, doing foster care, adopting special needs, homeschooling - nothing really adventurous in my life.

I like this little game - count me in! (Especially if it helps with your wait.)

Hmmm....most adventurous thing I've ever done? Adopt! =D Okay..I feel like I've GOT to come up w/ something better than that...but all I can think of is silly high school things, like sneaking into elementary school playgrounds in the middle of the night. That's adventurous isn't it?

Ok...thought of a better one! Getting on a MOPED in MEXICO! (I never claimed it was brilliant...lol.) Believe me, getting stitches in a Mexican hospital is VERY adventurous....especially after they try to take you to JAIL for what? Being American?!? I don't know!

Definitely living in China for a year - what a culture shock. Although Harlem runs a close second. What on earth am I doing in Hopewell Junction?! We MISSED you this morning Becca!! Lots of love :)

Okay, I've been thinking about this one all day.

This is gross, but little kid adventuresome--stuck a raisin up my nose. Why? To see if it fit. That's an adventure, huh?

Much more fun kid adventure--rolling down our backyard in a huge pipe head over heels. Crazy fun ride!

Snowmobiling. Crash snowmobiling. Crash 1--crashing my sisters and I into a woodpile. Crash 2--going over an embankment and jumping ship as the snowmobile hit a tree. Busted the skiis.

Which brings me to another adventure. Getting lost in the fog in the black diamond bowls at Vail and having to ski down them (with only my green bunny-trail experience.)

Another adventure. Dressing up as a blooddrop at PSU and getting people to come to the blood-drives. Nice mental picture, huh?

There are a few other odd adventures, but we'll save those for another day. ;)

But by far the biggest adventure is this adoption--loving it!

Love you! Here's to an awesome month!!! :)

Wow - adventures, huh? There are so many! :) Traveling to Spain by myself, holding a shark in Cozumel, skydiving - a couple times, planning conferences for 8,000+ people, but probably my biggest adventures - - - 2 wonderful young boys, and knowing that we'll have more in our house soon - possibly 4 kids - 4 & under!!!
